How to SPA


We proudly offer an extensive selection of traditional, specialized and innovative services. Our spa specialists are pleased to make treatment recommendations based on your personal needs and interests. This is also a good time to share any health concerns or conditions such as pregnancy or recent medical procedures. Once booked, the special time is reserved to you and is subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid full service charge.


Get the most out of your spa services by arriving early with time to enjoy the spa and facilities. All spa guests are invited to relax in our exclusive lounge or sun bathe in on the patio and enjoy our tea & tonic bar. A yoga class, float tank session or infrared sauna time is also available as an add-on during your visit. We recommend arriving at least 20 mins before your scheduled service. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment. In an effort to not delay the next guest, your treatment will end at its scheduled time.


Slip into one of our luxurious spa robes and slippers when you arrive. Undergarments are not required for services. Our professionally trained team will ensure that privacy and conservative draping will be provided throughout your service.


Our spa is a place of serenity for you to restore and replenish. For the enjoyment of all spa guests, cell phones and cameras are not permitted for use anywhere in the spa and we kindly ask that all guests keep conversations quiet.


Talk to your service provider about any specific treatment goals, physical sensitivities or medical concerns you may have so we may tailor an effective treatment for you. Your comfort and relaxation is the utmost concern to us; we want to ensure a setting and service which deliver that to you.


Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity charge we be added to all couples massages, spa packages and group bookings. Gratuity charges are distributed to your service providers.
