With a referral from a health care provider, Carrie’s services qualify as occupational therapy treatment and can be billed to your insurance. It can also be a qualified use of your Health Savings Account. Without insurance, therapeutic yoga can be done privately to modify or develop a home practice that uses yoga postures (adapted as needed) that satisfy your personal health goals.
