After facing a life-changing moment at 19, suffering from a severe spinal injury and paralysis, Krysta healed herself with raw food, understanding the power of beliefs and studying the mind-body connection through a variety of healing modalities, trainings and life long world wide education. Krysta has studied with many different spiritual teachers and has become immersed in discovering and accessing human potential and designing centers with access to long- term, sustainable mind-body-spirit health and healing.

By utilizing Yogic philosophy & techniques, studying physiotherapy, applying different methods of human movement or furthering his Bodywork trainings, his mission is to seek out avenues of vitality through union with our own physical bodies, and share with as many people possible. Avid snowboarder, dedicated yogi, bodyworker, carpenter, father and business owner, Ricky is committed to providing a center for health, healing and education.

Sandra Dugliss is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and is an Ayurvedic Consultant and Educator with New World Ayurveda School. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor, Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Guide, serving clients in the Southern Maine area since 2008. Sandra’s passion is helping others discover the profound healing ability they hold within and empowering them to make choices that support their unique needs for optimal wellbeing.
Mark Gerardi is the founder of the Cornerstone Energy Healers certification program. A gifted teacher and powerful energy healer, Mark specializes in pain relief and distance healing. Over the last 25 years Mark has practiced and taught martial arts, meditation & qigong. His formal education in healing has included Shiatsu Acupressure, Herbalism, Kinetic Chain Release (KCR), Medical Qigong and master certifications in multiple styles of Reiki.
Lori Thayer, Ph.D.
Lori began studying energy healing and reiki in the mid-1990s and studied Introspective Hypnosis with Antonio Sangio and Alba Weinman. She received her initiation as a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master from the Shekinah Center in Easthampton, Massachusetts in 2001; followed by her initiation in 4th degree Shambhala Multidimensional Healing and Seraphic Energy Healing. In 2009, Lori received her Ph.D. in anthropology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, following the completion of The Adoption of Shamanic Healing into the Biomedical Health Care System in the United States.
Kelly has been practicing professionally since 2001, integrating multiple modalities to create internal balance and nurture multidimensional health. Her skill and passion is in teaching her students and clients how to access the wisdom held in the body and purify the mind to live a radiant, conscious life.
Jessica specializes in a variety of modalities in both Aesthetics and Massage to help client’s achieve their goals and facilitate a balance across the body and mind. She believes that no one modality is more important than the other and that they all have benefits that fit a specific situation. Through her broad range of work, her passion lies in the connection between beauty/wellness and happiness and making people feel good, inside and out.
Lucca DAleo graduated from College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor Maine in 2014. Upon completion she returned to NY where she studied at The Finger Lakes School of Massage, fulfilling her dream of becoming a massage therapist. The beauty of the ocean and the small communities of Maine drew her back to this state where she has been practicing body work for over three years. Her focus lie in Swedish and deep tissue, but her passion for bodywork promotes new learning and growth in her practice.
Tania brings over 15 years facilitating groups and individuals in breath embodiment as a Breathwork & Reiki practitioner, Yoga teacher and Somatic Breath Therapist. Tania’s unique ability as a healing practitioner is enhanced by her grounded, calm presence and her personal commitment to finding peace in her own life. Her classes and client sessions offer professional expertise in the field of Integrative Breathwork (sometimes referred to as Transformational, Holotropic or Re-Birthing Breathwork) as well as Somatic Breath Therapy- an alternative form of treatment for stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma history.
Tiffany believes body work is sacred and she brings a deep heart centered touch and earth energy to all of her bodywork and teachings. She truly honors providing a safe, nurturing and consciousness awakening space for her clients to rise into the most beautiful versions of themselves. Tiffany also leads meditation classes, accompanied by singing bowls and herbal medicine to connect deeper to earth medicine and ourselves.
Carrie has been an occupational therapist for 30+ years and yoga teacher for 10+ years. She combines her medical training with yogic philosophy to balance body, mind, and spirit. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to anyone, using her skills as an occupational therapist to adapt yoga with people who otherwise might not have tried it and with those who want to modify or develop a home practice for optimal health. Her services can often be billed to your insurance as OT treatment with a referral from your health care provider.
As a massage therapist, Jonathan has developed a unique type of treatment known as Range of Motion Myofascial Release by drawing on multiple massage styles and healing modalities. Using acute listening skills honed through craniosacral therapy and Barnes-style myofascial technique along with passive range of motion, Chinese Tuina massage and an ever-growing understanding of the physical and energetic landscape of the body, he is able to facilitate a broad depth of healing during each session.
As an acupuncturist, Jonathan looks forward to deepening his skills as a therapist by using associated treatment techniques (needles, cupping, gua sha, tuina massage, Chinese herbal formulation and Dietetics, Qi Gong) as tools to help guide his clients towards a healthy state of balance, both internally and externally.
Noeun (pronounced new-in)
Noeun graduated from Aveda Institute with honors specializing in gel, shellac, dip, acrylic, sculpture nails and nail art. She loves doing manicures and pedicures while providing an enjoyable and relaxing experience. At age 29 Noeun was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and has been in remission for the last 5 years. This experience has made Noeun very passionate about health, fitness and family.
Having always connected with practices that enhance beauty naturally, Amy has made a lifelong pursuit of studying wellness. Amy successfully ran her own massage practice for 15 years. Amy flourished in retail cosmetics with makeup artistry making a connection between her inner and outer beauty and followed her passions into aesthetics. As an Esthetician, Amy’s intention is to help each client relax, rejuvenate and invigorate the mind and body utilizing treatments that promote the skins own capacity to heal and regenerate itself for optimum beauty.
Cal began his journey towards holistic health in 2009- studying yoga and meditation at the Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook. He opened Present Moment Bodywork and Well Being in the heart of Portland’s Old Port in 2012. In June of 2015 and completed a 330 hour program in advanced Polarity Therapy at Spa Tech and started incorporating Polarity Therapy in his bodywork practices. Cal is passionate and inspired while accruing new specialties and lives to learn, meditate, and make art- all in the name of health, spiritual well being and freedom.
CJ is a Maine native along with a nature and health enthusiast. She received her bachelors in Health Sciences from USM in May of 2018 where she minored in Holistic and Integrative Health. She loves empowering individuals with their own healing powers that lay within and connecting people with masters and modalities in holistic health that they best resonate with. Most days you’ll find her either designing floral arrangements, adventuring with her dog, or connecting with her community to bring exciting and fun visions to life.
